Waitlist sign-up: your email address, used only to confirm your spot and notify you when Kasten launches.

Content you forward: the specific links, text, images, and files you choose to send to your Kasten inbox. This is how the product works: we receive only what you explicitly send us.

Standard server logs: IP address, request timestamps, and browser user-agent, retained briefly for security and reliability purposes.

Kasten does not read your other conversations. It has no access to your contact list, camera roll, or any other data inside your messaging apps. The product is architected so that it is structurally impossible for Kasten to access anything beyond what you explicitly forward.

We do not use advertising trackers. We do not build profiles for ad targeting. We do not share your data with data brokers.

We use your email to send your waitlist confirmation and to communicate Kasten's launch. We use the content you forward solely to power your inbox: organizing, tagging, summarizing, and making it searchable for you. We do not use your content to train AI models without your explicit consent.

You can delete any item from your Kasten inbox at any time. You can delete your entire account and all associated data at any time. To request deletion, export, or any other data right, email us at heykastenai@gmail.com.
